Freeride World Tour 2011 women’s ski leader, Janette Hargin, has returned to her ski racing roots and is at the big FIS race going on right now in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. However, this time around she’s there not as a competitor but as the on-air, rock-star commentator for Sweden’s TV4. Go Janette!
The former Olympian and FIS racer has competed in Garmisch many times in the past so she’s well-qualified to give us the down low about the events. She also gave us the inside scoop when we asked her who is going to win the men’s slalom race on Sunday, “My brother, Mattias Hargin, of course!”
Follow Janette as she defends her #1 position against the best freeskiers in the world next week at The North American Freeskiing Championships Kirkwood 2011 by Swatch, The North Face and Sierra Nevada (USA).
