East Coast Short-Range Snow Forecast

Here it is, we’re at the end of the forecasting season as far as snow goes, and all I can say is… it was a doozy, or wait… I mean a floozy… We saw basically the third smallest snow cover winter in US history and overall the 4th warmest winter on record.

You can see in the image above that our snow region was the worst as far as precipitation goes.

Temperatures were way above normal as well, with New York, Vermont and New Hampshire ranking in some of the  most above average states in the entire US.

The images above are just for February, but give a general idea of what the winter was like.
